Core Fusion

VIEW SCHEDULE

Core Fusion is an intense fusion of Pilates, Yoga, Balance to increase your core strength.  Whether your baby is 3 months or 30 years old, CoreFusion will help you lose the low belly sag.  This 40 minute class focuses on form and function, restoring the strength in the abdominal wall and pelvic floor by working all the muscles attached to the spine and hips.  You will retrain all core muscles as well as inner and outer thighs, back, glutes, and hamstrings.
