New Session of Fit&Tone and CoreFusion

Fit&Tone will help you build long, lean muscles, and is perfect for moms of all ages and fitness levels. It's a 35 minute group personal training session with moms just like you! The Fit&Tone format utilizes a weighted bar and resistance tube combo that delivers faster results than using just weights or just resistance tubes. BURN more calories and LEAN out Faster! For one pound of muscle you burn 30-50 calories. For one pound of FAT you only burn 2 calories- you do the math!!!!!

Core Fusion is an intense fusion of Pilates, yoga, balance to increase your core strength. Whether your baby is 3 months or 30 years old, CoreFusion will help you lose the belly sag. This 40 minute class focuses on form and function, restoring the strength in the abdominal wall and pelvic floor by working all the muscles attached to the spin and hips. you will retain all core muscles as well as inner and outer thighs, back, glutes, and hamstrings.
