BUDDIES IN MOTION

January is a very fun month for me to sit back and watch everyone scurry around like little mice with their New Year Resolutions!  Don’t get me wrong it is great to write down your goals and ambitions for the New Year!  BUT most American’s New Year Resolutions seem to only last for a couple of weeks!  And it is really sad because weight loss is ALWAYS in the top 3.  One of the reasons I love MommyMovement Fitness is because I feel that it holds you a little more accountable to get your workout in than other forms of fitness.  BUT sometimes that isn’t enough- we need MORE ACCOUTABILITY!  This is where our new January Contest:  Buddies In Motion comes in!!!

 I wanted to have a contest with MommyMovement Fitness to keep our WORKOUTS GOING STRONG IN 2011!!!  I am all about consistency (as some of you know), education, and being Forever In Training (for a life time)!!!!

DETAILS TO A MORE FIT YOU IN 2011:

1.       Choose a buddy to hold you accountable in the month of January!

2.   Let Tonya know your Buddy by Monday, Dec.20^th

-Both of you have to email me!

3.     The class formats that will be participating are:  Strollers In Motion, Fit&Tone and CoreFusion.

4.     If you take all three classes you can have the same buddy BUT THEY HAVE TO BE AT EACH CLASS WITH YOU!!!

5.     EACH BUDDY HAS TO BE AT THE SAME CLASS TO GET A POINT!

6.     If your buddy is someone that is NEW to MommyMovement Fitness (never been a member) then you will receive 25% off your monthly dues and or package for the month of January!!!!:)

AT THE END OF JANUARY THE TOP 3 WILL BE ENTERED INTO A DRAWING FOR 50% OFF THEIR MONTHLY ENROLLMENT AND/OR PACKAGE FOR FEBRUARY! 

Don’t worry 2^nd and 3rd place will receive a prize as well!
