We talk about choices a lot in MommyMovement Fitness but this blog is not just about the healthy choices that we should choose the majority of our day but about 'do we make the most out of our day???'

This blog is actually from the dad of the little girl, Paxten who we did the F.I.T. Family 5K race for.  Pax was diagnosed with Leukemia and has been fighting it for several months.  The family just got some not so good news the other day and it looks like little Paxten will be going to KC for a bone marrow transplant.  Please keep her and the family in your prayers.

When I read this it really hit home for me and I wanted to share it with everyone!

I also wanted to let everyone know that the CW (part of channel 12) came out and filmed Fit&Tone last Monday and the segment will air tomorrow (Wed., Sept.21st) on channel 5 or 33 (CW).

Blakes words (Paxten's daddy):

Paxten's beautiful smile!:)
Everyday each one of us make choices. Do you get out of bed and make the most of your day or do you hit snooze and just try to survive the day.  Do you decide to Love and fight for what you believe in no matter how hard it is or do you make excuses and give up.  Do you choose to be happy or sad, fight or give up, hope things change or make them change? You have  a choice on how you live your life.
So does Paxten.  She always chooses to fight, smile, laugh, love, and shine!  Even on the worst days with needles going in her back or "poison" running through her tubes, she manages to smile and show off her ornery personality.

Paxten and her wonderful strong mommy!

Lib makes choices too.  She could choose to feel sorry for herself but she doesn't.  She gets up everyday and makes the most of it.  I'm not saying she doesn't cry at night, or get angry, jealous, and stressed.  She does but you would never know it.  She has stayed so strong for Pax and honestly for all of us.

Knowing these two make the "choice" to enjoy life and make the most of it encourages me to be the best I can be.  To take advantage of opportunities, to make a difference and to enjoy life.  I hope there strength and outlook is as contagious to you as it is to me.
Thank you all for encouraging and praying for our family and especially for my ladies.  They mean the world to me. If your reading this, that means you have taken time out of your day to see how we are.  It shows us we have love and support.  We could not do this without you.  Thank you so much!!!

Thanks Blake for these wonderful words!  We are praying for you and your family!
