NEW MOTHER DAY 6 WEEK FIT&TONE/ COREFUSION/ BOOTCAMP!

6 Week Mother Day Session

Train Like A Mother Bootcamp

*One change for next week:  we will meet on Wed., April 10th instead of Thurs., April 11th for Fit&Tone/Corefusion.  Same time and place.  This is ONLY for next week!

-Come and take care of your body for Mother's Day!  Health and wellness is a pretty good gift to give yourself!!!

Summer is right around the corner so come and tone up with Fit&Tone and Bootcamp and have a smaller tummy with CoreFusion!!!:)

CLASS SCHEDULE:

Monday nights (Westside)

5:45-6:45pm  Fit&Tone (hopefully at the hill in Sedg. Co. Park)
6:50-7:30pm  CoreFusion at the church

Thursday nights (Eastside, My Gym)  ***Next Thursday we will meet on Wed., April 10th same times and place for Fit&Tone/Corefusion***

6:30-7:10pm  Fit&Tone  (My Gym)
7:10-7:50pm  Corefusion (My Gym)

5:15-6:15am  Bootcamp (Westside, Sluggers)
