Change of schedule for this weekend...
I really thought the Kid's Fest was THIS Saturday, Nov.6th but it is NEXT Saturday, Nov.13th. (see below for details).
So that means I will be teaching this Sat. and if dads want to come they are more than welcome for another Fun Dad's Workout Day! (9am at Towne East)
Remember to bring a donation for the YWCA (socks, coffee, hot chocolate, hot tea, etc).
