Oh, how I’m counting down the days
till fall and a little bit cooler temperatures!
Way to hang in there moms during the past couple of hot months! Hopefully this week will be our last week in
the 90’s! I encourage you to get to
class as much as you can this month and next because then it is HOLIDAY
SEASON!!! Even though I strongly
encourage everyone to workout during the Holiday season this is the time I see
the most excuses! And then January 1st
comes and the people who gave excuses are ready to go but the only problem is
they have either gained weight that they are now fighting to get off and/or are
not in as good as shape as when they stopped!
Don’t let this happen to you!!!
Keep exercising and feel good TO help you with the Holiday stress!

THE LEAVES ON THE TREES
Tune: “The Wheels On The Bus”
The Leaves on the trees are yellow and
brown,
Yellow and brown, yellow and brown.
The leaves on the trees are yellow
and brown,
All through the town.
The leaves on the trees are falling down,
Falling
down, falling down.
The leaves on the trees are falling down,
All through the
town.
The leaves on the trees make a crunching
sound,
Crunching sound, crunching sound.
The leaves on the trees make a
crunching sound
All through the town.
Let’s rake all the leaves into a mound,
Into
a mound, into a mound.
Let’s rake all the leaves into a mound
All through the
town.
The children in the town jump up and down,
Up
and down, up and down.
The children in the town jump up and down
On the leaves
on the ground.
