Okay, so it's Valentine's Day and chocolate is everywhere! Eating right has been a challenge for me lately. I keep telling myself, although chocolate has therapeutic properties (LOL!) exercising and losing weight is even better. Things have also been really hectic for me lately and although I'm still making the time to workout, I find myself wanting to take short cuts on my meals. I've just wanted to eat what is quick and easy and not necessarily full of healthy fuel. I do have to say that I have felt so much better now that I'm on a regular . I feel stronger and have a lot more energy with the kiddos. I'm feeling better in my clothes too! I've found some really fun and challenging workout videos to do at home when I'm not on the treadmill. I feel so grateful for this opportunity. I just have to keep telling myself what Tonya tells me every time I see her, "healthy fuel....healthy fuel.....healthy fuel." Hope everyone has a wonderful and healthy Valentine's Day!
